Mound Pond: Fine Thin-Featured Friend

The sun was starting to skim the common so I went to see the Cayuga, but it was being super aloof. The peculiar heron was as approachable as ever, so I spent some time surprisingly close to it, before it sloped off to the snack wagon... There were also gulls, coots, and a cormorant squabbling over a large dead fish, so I took some pictures of their goings on.
