Notes: Got up and swam to try to loosen aching body and spasming back. Left around 1230p to meet Susan at Brown Boxer in Madeira Beach to watch the Chargers/Patriots playoff game. Didn't end up paying attn to game much, mostly work talk and trying to make some changes. Didn't feel hopeful on drive back, stopped near Woody's to look out over water for awhile before going back to Gulf Winds. Nap and quiet rest of day.
