What a lovely welcome for my arrival at the office

this morning.

I had slept badly and having lain awake from 01:30 until 02:30 with my mind just going round and round and round I got up and assembled yesterday's blip. It seems that everyone in the world apart from me has seen this shoe-flinging phenomenon before. It was completely new to me but had assumed it to be a jape, probably involving bullying between schoolchildren. I certainly hadn't imagined it had anything to do with shop signs for the underworld. What a funny old society this is!
