Trail Run

L and I walked to school this morning which was a nice change.

I then had some work to do at home and finished L’s curtain rail job that I started at the weekend. Curtains up!

Went out for a lunchtime 6Km run on the Murieston Trail before getting my bag packed for a trip down to London Luton in the evening.

Staying at the Chicheley in Milton Keynes and have a National sales meeting tomorrow followed by customer visits on Wednesday.

Used my new Aspire Longe card at Edinburgh Airport.

L and I played some games before I left. Poor thing always gets upset when I leave for a trip.
