Wisdom Required

Some days I don't get any pictures worth blipping and then I have to look around for an emergency blip.  Today's e.b. is this felted drinks mat in the shape of an owl. I rather liked the eyes.
One reason for not having any pictures is that we've spent a lot of time listening to political radio today. 
Sweden nearly has a government. Two parties have left the conservative alliance and negotiated a rather right-wing deal with the Social Democrats and greens. Unfortunately they seem determined to leave the Left Party out of their equation, and without Left Party votes the new grouping cannot form a government. Today the Left party said what they require. It was all very reasonable, which makes it even more irritating for the other parties. Confusion now reigns and the vote to form a government has been postponed.
Much of this will sound very familiar to those following the Brexit shambles, also coming to a head with a big vote tomorrow (probably).
With major political crises in both my countries at the same time I think the wisdom of an owl may be required.
