Celebration

Mono Monday is celebrating its fifth birthday and I decided to blip these dried roses from my daughters wedding bouquet as part of the celebration.  Otherwise I had decided to do a short sprint cycle class first thing this morning and really enjoyed it.  It was good to do something very aerobic for a change.  Another grey cold winters day.
