Last Day of Playgroup

Today I accompanied my 3 yr old nephew on his last day of playgroup for 2012. And while he can be a handful at times he is a pleasure to have and I've really got to know him since I arrived back in Australia. One of his favourite activities is the 'swing'. Basically the children get wrapped in a cloth which is then held by adults and the children get 'swung' or 'rocked' in a gentle side to side motion. It's meant to calm yet stimulise the brain according to his teacher. In any case....he really responds well to it which is clearly evident in his face!

I like the fact he also has green paint on his hands & blue play-do inside his fingernails.....he really was in the thick of it at playgroup!
