Night Run

Just a little 20 minutes after 18 miles on Sunday. I am struggling a bit with an assortment of aches and pains training for my final marathon. My body says give up but head says keep going. Ran past my little local country pub tonight with the sound of bellringing from the church behind so English. I need the Lionheart spirit!!
