New year, new ideas

Trying to eat a little more healthy and not quite such a carbs focused diet (bread, pasta and rice).

So prepared a frittata for breakfast and a mixed bean and chicken salad for lunch. Here's hoping I'm not starving by 3pm.

BTW regarding portions, the frittata is mean for 3 days and the salad to cover 2 lunches.
