A day out with a couple of colleagues to the back of Glen Lyon; the lower reaches of Glen Lyon were golden; all autumnal hues of yellow and orange, a swathe of larch and birch lighting up the morning.

An uneventful pull up the lower reaches saw us arrive on the summit ridge in cloud, but as we walked across the mile to the summit, the cloud miraculously evaporated and revealed 360 degree views; a truly stunning moment; captured in her face as she marvels at the speed you go from being enclosed to enlightened in 3 minutes.
