Always Burning

Semper Ardens - Always Burning. With a tag line like that, sticking a swastika in the middle was a tad unlucky. Carl came up with the phrase and the swastika for his brewery in the late 1800s and both are prolific around the grounds and buildings. Just above this is the phrase "Work for the fatherland", another favourite slogan, also a little unfortunate.
