Same Rock, Different Day

So this is the same rock I was on two days ago, and look what happened! No huge amount, but beautiful new snow in the oak meadows. Yay!

Yesterday was Twentieth Day of Knut, the traditional day to dance around the Christmas tree and sing funny songs before taking it down and putting all the ornaments in boxes until next Christmas. We did all that today. Just a very little bit of dancing to tell you the truth.

Mum tells me - now - that in the olden days, there were treats in the Christmas tree that kids were allowed to eat after the dancing. What happened to that tradition, I wonder.
