One size fits all?

I'm pleased to say that even after having very little sleep last night from coughing, spluttering and nose blowing etc I got to my re-made hospital appointment early this morning, on the right day and at the right time, but in my sleep-deprived mode I thought I'd accidentally walked into a CostaCoffee lounge as the waiting room in this wonderful old building (an outpatients department of the Shrewsbury Hospital) was full of very comfy leather sofas accommodating bottoms of all sizes!!
