Smart Card? I think NOT

Never had a computer smart card before.
Knew my luck would run out.
Started with HSBC's silly magic code generator (as seen on TV) that means I cannot log in from memory any more.
Now I've got one for work.
Horrible pic on it too.

Trouble is it isn't too smart (nowhere near a ten year old).
Had to get it reset last week. Works on some applications but not others so I can log onto most stuff I use, but not training (sorry statutory training...).
Maybe the reader is dodgy.
Maybe it will fall into the tea - mmmm, tea. Can fix anything with a mug of tea.
Maybe it can just wait till next week.
Hmmmm, yeah maybe.
