Spring Is In The Water

I photographed a robin this morning that just couldn't keep its eyes open. Maybe it is worn out from defending its territory?

While I was having lunch I spotted a grey wagtail in the garden. 

Ollie dog and I went for an afternoon walk at Amwell Nature Reserve and spent some time in the James hide. Nice to see a female reed bunting in her natural habitat. A pair of mallards were poking around under the bird feeders then took to the water. He started bobbing his head up and down and I knew what was going to happen. :)

Where there are bird feeders there are always rats.
