Tiny coquinas

Our beach is a haven for coquinas....I've never seen so many live ones!
But at the same time, there are hundreds that have disappeared from their shells already and left behind these lovely tiny beach butterflies.....
Thank you to dear Peggy for hosting....and since it's about 20 degrees where I live today, I'd say finding coquinas would definitely be out of season at home!
Plus, we don't have any there!  Lol
