WidWed.........down low

Down low is all very well but it's the getting back up that takes the effort!!!

Anyhoo, this is low tide early this morning before we went for our walk and before we watched the littlest munchkins have their swimming lesson.

Friends arrived to spend a couple of days here so of course we had to go to lunch. (Yes, another one!!) This time we had the degustation menu at Rustico at Hayshed Hill winery.  Stuffed to the brim we are!!!  Delicious.
