Oxford Lanes (continued)
This isn't technically a lane, but Ship Street. More Cotswold stone to the right, but I like the different colours of paint on the left (but a red wheelie bin was too distracting, hence the mono decision). I also liked how the moped is lighting up the building ahead of it. It had to be a building shot today after a fantastic Oxford Photographic Society presentation by one of our members, Linda Wride, whose passion is architecture photography (a working life spent in planning and a architect husband were definitely influences, but her eye is all her own). Incredible shots, such an eye for detail, patterns, shapes and scale. Do have a look at her work online.
