It's a sign

This is an alternative view of the still unfinished sports centre which I have featured before.  The window in the fencing which surrounds the place reveals this screen which plays safety messages, weather reports and so on, all day.  Occasionally I stop for a few seconds to look at what is playing, but I am not sure there are very many people paying attention to it any more.
