What is the Australian name for this cake

Great day doing what the locals do, far better than being a tourist. Ended up at a country car show,lots of beautiful cars lovingly maintained by their owners. Our hosts knew the organisers and they got us to select best in show. I know nothing about cars and whilst the others all agreed on a Holden I chose the Tucker. This is a fabulous looking car with an amazing history (worth a quick Google). The organisers decided to award two prizes and our presenting them will soon be on the internet. Fame at last.
Earlier we had been to a bakery that did typically Australian cakes, Anzac biscuits,lamingtons, monkey faces and the blipped one, a snotblocker. We thought they were having us on until a couple more were ordered by locals.
