A trip down to council Chambers tonight for the AGM of the Christmas Lights committee. We were done and home within the hour. Next meeting in February when we get to plan 2019 switch on and all the fundraising leading up to that!
This is the gavel and block that sits patiently in case of need at council meetings. The top of the block is quite smooth, so I gather it's not needed very often.
