What caused my flat tire

Cannot remember the last time I had a flat tire, but this was the culprit! The top 1” of a knife blade buried in my tire. Fortunately I was able to get the spare on safely and the tire was able to be repaired. The tire repair shop asked me if I had made any enemies lately!
