Beastly and Shrieky

The dynamic duo! That's what I call them both. Little B is not really 'Beastly' I hasten to add, but 'Shrieky'- oh she certainly is! 

I felt a lot better today, and my friend and I went for a nice walk again just like last Sunday. It was so great to see her, particularly as she is on her 'bad week' post chemo, but she was in good spirits and we ended up in the pub again as the little coffee shop we planned to visit was unexpectedly closed. 

I didn't go to the gym as my shoulder is still really sore, and I figure I'm doing it a favour. I did a little at home workout, and then relaxed. I was supposed to do college work but I've left it until tomorrow night.....
