A tale of teeth and immigrants

A visit to the dentist this morning. A further appointment with the dental hygienist was mentioned!

On this day in 1893 a gang of immigrant American sugar planters, led by Sandford Ballard Dole, overthrew the rightful Hawaiian monarch Queen Liliuokalani and established a government with Dole as president. Methinks that the native Hawaiians should have built a big beautiful wall!
