Bus station @ Zürich airport

The wheels on my little Samsonite trolley didn‘t turn allright after a few years and the shop where I bought it (in Kloten), asked me to pass by. They did a perfect job and replaced all wheels at the spot for free. That‘s what I call a good customer service - and a good reason to keep the invoice receipts (at least electronically).

The PC supplier Lenovo could learn from this example (keeping me angry since weeks and months now). May be a good theme for a coming blip.
