Christmas Carol

The theme for the seventh window of our Christmas Calender was: a Christmas Carol.

Last spring I found this old vinyl from the local flea market in Helsinki.

I just LOVE that beautiful, inspiring retro cover, and the songs are well-known "evergreens" - and surprisingly; they even sound very well too, although the record really is from the 60's! (The needle stucked only a couple of times..! )

I've been collecting the Christmas oldies for a few years now, the latest purchase was a Finnish collection of old Christmas carols from 50's-60's.

There's just something soothing about the old, classic carols... Getting this relaxing, enjoyable feeling, reminding me of childhood Christmas'; no worries, no hurries, just blissing and - well, enjoying the delightful moments. :)
