Lost and found

Well, what a day it has been.

Social services and a CPN came to assess Ma. Without boring you senseless with the he said, she said stuff - she has been admitted to hospital for a full assessment because of her behaviour and basically a medication re-calibration. She is likely to be there for 'a while' which I understand means at least until after Christmas.

I hope that they can find a level of medication which removes all her agitation without removing all her personality.

I am a bit conflicted in that I don't want Ma to be in hospital but I feel like I've been given a bit of a lottery win. The prospect of unexpected respite over Christmas is making me giddy. My marbles have been all over the place.
