A Balanced Day

I woke with a stiff-neck that created a headache and that’s always disappointing, but once I got into my walk it seemed to dissipate a bit. I’m a much happier Mann when I stay disciplined with my morning routine. Life is such a balancing act. If I don’t have a good balance of God, family and work, it shows up throughout the day.
