Performance Review

I was looking for patterns for an abstract when I noticed the wall of the metro station and then the camera. I thought it looked ominous. 

I had my performance review. I'm doing well, people are pleased with me, people have gone to my boss, unsolicited, and said nice things about me. Unsaid explicitly, we have to win some energy work or my job will be in jeopardy. In mid-April it will be two years and my position was funded for two years. 

Maybe anticipation helped me see the ominous picture this morning. Of course, there is more than enough bad news in the world so that I didn't need any underlying direct worries.
