Kefir

I have been a great fan of Kefir after discovering it about 2 years ago. Both Paladian and I enjoy a couple of mouthfuls of it every day.

For those who are not familiar with kefir, it is a fermented milk drink made with a yeast/bacterial fermentation starter of kefir grains. It originated in Russia and the northern parts of the Caucasus Mountains. It tastes great and is wonderful for keeping the stomach bacteria healthy.
