Fresh Fruits Producers

Initial visit to a cooperative of cavendish banana growers at Kapalong, Davao Del Norte. This is the first of the many possible field visits of our recently approved research program entitled, “Sustainable Philippine Cavendish Banana Value Chain : Exploring Local Markets and Processed Product Development”. This program is being funded by the Commission of Higher Education. We officially started with this project last October 9, 2017. Out of the 3 research projects under the program, I lead Project 3 which is entitled “Chain Network Modelling of Philippine Cavendish Banana under Uncertainty”.
