Essential medicine.....

......today has turned into one of those days when only a glass of Carolans this size will do......but am putting it behind me for now and going to enjoy the weekend, football tomorrow morning with Amy, a good refreshing blitz of the house, then a visit from my brother on Sunday, with pockets of snuggles with Mr F and the F's in between......(wow I rock so hard on a weekend off :S )
