Ms. Fordan’s Research Proposal Defense

The first student, Ms. Yly Fordan, under the Commission on Higher Education research project I am spearheading successfully delivered her defense today entitled “An Optimization Model for Rejected Cavendish Banana Supply Chain Network Design (SCND) : The Case of AMS Employees’ Fresh Fruits Producer Cooperative (AMSEFFPCO)”. This study is one of 3 students studying the case of AMSEFFP Cooperative. Ms. Fordan is utilizing a deterministic approach in solving the SCND. Two more student research proposal defense is happening soon. These students will, on the other hand, utilizing stochastic approaches in solving the problem.
