The clean up

Certain days in the week one can purchase fish in the old market. Nowadays there s only 1 fishmonger. The rest distributes via shops and big markets. Business has gone down , but concerning the best quality , one can only buy in the fish market.
I processed the picture in mono to give it a more raw character .
