where's my mocha?!

Met with a friend for coffee today. He ordered a mocha-java thinking he would get a cappaccino made with chocolate (a mochacciono)... What he got was a java with no chocolate! No chocolate, no milk! I guess that's what happens when to English speakers order an italian drink in a Turkish cafe! Update: "In English and other European languages, coffee derives from the Ottoman Turkish kahve, via the Italian caffè." wikipedia oh well, guess the it was just our ignorance!
