Flowers and cards

Today's blip had to include my birthday flowers, with thanks to BikerBear Anni for hosting Flower Friday. Added my cards and a quotation from George Burns that made me smile.

Today's weather returned to strong, chilly winds and heavy rain. Only outing was to the optician for my annual eye test. (Oh, and I've ordered some new specs.) The contrast of today's weather makes me extra appreciative of Mother Nature's prezzie to me yesterday of bright sunshine. Thanks, too, to blipmates for their sunny greetings, stars and hearts on my birthday's yesterblip! Have a great weekend, folks.
