Beautiful Oban

A glorious day today - wonderful sunshine until quite late on, an amazing white-cloud-flecked sky as the sun went down and a beautiful moonrise. I couldn't help taking far too may pictures - and then deleting quite a lot too!

I went up to McCaig's Tower on the way home to photograph the sky - see extra. However I try though, I find it impossible to ignore the beer cans and cardboard rubbish lying on the seats at the viewpoint. The tourists appear not to notice, but I shall have to go up there in the morning with a bag. The council say a rubbish bin up there would be too far away to empty - there's one down in the car park already! Grrrrr!
