Marmalade

Today was one of those dreary cold damp days. Temp. 2C but felt colder because of the damp, and breeze.
This morning we called at the Grimsby Fish Van for some cod.
Then picked up the Yorkshire Post from the Post Office cum corner shop.
Topped up our supply of bird food from the market.
Collected a couple of bundles of kindling from Home Bargains
Left a bag of greens for the rabbits, at our sons.
Then back for lunch.

This afternoon I have spent in the kitchen making marmalade.
I forgot how long it takes!
Mr C decided to be DJ and played a selection of songs on his new toy.
A good job we both have the same taste in music!

So I was a little late cooking the fish curry for tonight's meal.
Some fougasse  and a few glasses of white Macon Uchizy from Burgundy, kept us going until it was ready.

So guess what we will be having for breakfast!
