Off the Couch

Despite the freezing weather, managed to drag myself out of my warm bed at 8am today to get to Kingsmeadow Car Park for the start of a couch to 5K running programme!
In the afternoon, bus into Edinburgh to meet ex-colleagues from Edinburgh College for lunch and catch-up. More chill in the evening but this time watching films on Netflix.
