No, actually it's an umbrella with its clothes off.

I took the canopy off another umbrella. Now I have eight different colours (if you include three shades of red) but only one of them is patterned, so I'm holding off using them until something more interesting turns up. People are too tidy, they bin broken brollies instead of dumping them for me to re-use.
