Another day, another Robin...

...quite close and friendly. Yet another trip to Harlow Carr Gardens. This time we were heading for lunch at the adjoining Bettys Cafe and decided to have a walk round the garden first.

It was quite dull until it was time to beat the queue for lunch. We could see the blue sky emerging as lunch was delivered. At least it meant that the soft even lighting was good for a close-up of the bird and for the extra shot of snowdrops.
