Teen Pride, Deservedly So!

Meet Jessica, my 15 year old daughter. Tonight we came home to a letter in the mail from an American standardized test called the PSAT that all 11th graders take (one year before high school graduation.) She's been doing well on other standard tests (called ACT tests), but this one was special in that it makes her eligible for scholarships. As you can see, she's proud of the 95% score in her area of interest. She had an overall score of 91%. The percentages mean that she got a higher score than 95% of her peers who took the test.
