Backward Glance

A backward glance by this starling on the birdtable just to check all was well and that the sparrowhawk wasn't lurking in the bushes. 

I've only been out of bed for five minutes today to make a cuppa and get a shot for blip. Feeling really rubbish! I haven't had flu' in years and would normally have got a flu' jab but unfortunately it got sidelined with Christmas and Costa Rica. Starting to cancel things in the diary for next week now.
