Phase 1 of clearing out the garage is coming to a conclusion. Sthe contents have reduced by around a half, with some going to the tidy tip and some going off to charity shops.

Phase 2 is sorting through some of the boxes that were in there and in good condition. That will follow at a later date.

So far a profit of £3.45 has been made from coins that have been found in various places. Mostly 1p, 2p and 5p coins, with just a couple of 10s and a single 20.
