Frosty

Driving back home after midnight on a crystal clear moonlit night heralded today's sharp frost.
Found some interesting blips in the garden. It has been a glorious day, nippy in the shade but sun warm on our dogwalking backs.
The wildlife are cold and I've kept them supplied with seeds, suet sprinkles and mealworms. Visitors have included 2 squirrels, blackbirds, robin, starlings, long-tailed tit and a chaffinch. 
Main blip opened seed heads of lemon balm. It may be messy to tidiness-seeking gardeners but every now and then a pair of colourful goldfinches forage here.
