Dominical scene

Pepe, chessboard, book, glass of wine, goggles. 
It must be a Sunday. 

Had a fun two hours in the pool with Mimi and Finn, then a quick pitstop at the chipper for them (it gets them very excited), a change of swimming togs and towel for me, and then three dives at the 40 Foot. Met Valerie who used to work with Mrs Raheny and I at American Airlines, all those decades ago. She had just been in the water. But does not do it regularly. It was her first sea swim in years. Late January may not be the best time of the year to kick off a sea swimming career... She regained the feeling in her toes after resting her feet on a hot water bottle for 90 minutes.

Then boeuf bourgignon and mash and a bit of homework before my trip down to Cork tomorrow.
I am now an expert on pressure care mattresses.
