Arundel Castle

Brother in law and partner gave us a few options for a morning sightseeing tour and we chose to visit Arundel.  We used to come here often when we lived in West Sussex for over 20 years, so it was great to see the Castle and the Antique shops again.  They hadn't changed a bit!!

A delicious lunch at an Italian restaurant was our treat to them and then it was a leisurely drive back to the airport for our late afternoon flight.  Unfortunately, this was delayed by 90 minutes, so it was later home than expected.  We had to de-ice the car for the first time this year, but it was a lovely drive home on clear roads and with that beautiful full moon leading the way.

PS I have backblipped a couple of days too.
