White lines and laughter
Not working today, so after a haircut and a(nother) visit to my solicitor, I thought I'd try and nail my Christmas shopping in a morning in Blairgowrie. Didn't really work like that. Kirsty, my hairdresser, recommended the kilt shop for nice Scottish liqueurs. They'd stopped stocking them. The pet shop was shut so couldn't even get doggy presents. The wool shop didn't have the needle I wanted (ok, that was for me!). So Tesco had to come to the rescues to make me feel better that I had at least to the usual basics for the boys! I suspect the Internet will have to play a role now!
Then took the dogs for a decent walk before the matinee performance of Great Expectations. Scorrie looks like she's laughing in the photo. And I got that needle I wanted in the badly named, but well stocked, 'New Wool Shop', so started a new project in front of old episodes of Cold Feet in the evening!
