Blood Moon

For some reason I was awake at 5am and remembered there was to be a total lunar eclipse, a possible 'blood moon'.  Looked out the window - stars but no moon from that viewpoint.  Tried another window, ditto.  Put on a coat and ventured outside to see the moon lurking round the corner.  It was meant to be a 'supermoon' too but didn't look that big.  Grabbed a picture but clearly the photo is not as good as the experience was, and makes you realise how it (obviously!) helps to get a good picture if you plan and prepare ... next time.
