Cold and frosty morning

So my blip a day project didn’t even last a month, thanks to being stuck in bed for days with some sort of flu virus. Back to the real world today and this cold-looking view was what greeted me when I opened the curtains this morning. It really is freezing.

One of the expected ‘no’ letters arrived from the recent auditions today. In the way that only 11yr olds can respond, she took it completely in her stride -“Oh well, what’s for tea?” And then went to get changed for tonight’s class!
